As our old folks always reminds us when we were kids,"Honey, you shouldn't do this" or "Kids, don't do that...", sounds familiar? Well yes, for me at least. When I was planning on what relevant content should I publish in this section, I thought of getting (or what's the right term, copying?) ideas/topics on the internet. Why so? Well, it must be easier right? But a sudden realization popped out in the corner of my mind. Was it Safe? What if someone sue me??? For the heck of it, I decided to research the world wide web. Eureka! I found it! (Hmm... don't I sound pretty much excited here? i know, i know... 'k back to the real world). Fellow bloggers, I think this is it, I have come to the right place and here's to share the intro, "The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Web loggers, website operators and e-mail list editors can't be held responsible for libel for information they republish, extending crucial First Amendment protections to do-it-yourself online publishers." and quote this "no provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider." Yup folks, we are free as a bird!(I think). But still, we should always be responsible and take considerations of all our actions. Also we have to keep in mind that as long as we know what we're doing and we don't step on others foot, we'll be fine.
Ofcourse I will not end this post without sharing you the link. Believe me this site is a very heplful link on what and how to post relevant and informative topics in the internet world. Check it here.
